PROCESSING TIME
Once you have placed your order online, you can expect it to be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification.

2 Runners & Co does not guarantee same day shipping, but we will do our very best to get all orders out as quickly as humanly possible. Please note that all items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. In the rare instance that delivery is delayed due to the shipper, 2 Runners & Co will work with the shipper to remedy the situation. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.

2 Runners & Co offers flat-rate shipping to most destinations within Canada, subject to change per this Terms & Conditions.

All shipments are sent via Canada Post Expedited Ground and are accompanied by tracking information which is sent via email to the address specified in your order at the time of shipping from our warehouse.
