At 2 Runner’s & Co., we stand by our Runners.  If you are not happy with our product, we want to work with you to find a solution.  You can email us at, and include your name, order number and brief description of the situation.  

We’ll get back to you, and start the process to find you that solution, whether it’s an exchange or refund.  If approved, you will have to incur the cost of return shipping.  If your purchase was more than 30 days ago, we’ll be unable to process.
